Frequently Asked Questions
How long are each of the workshop tracks?
Each workshop track takes place over the course of two days and runs from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm ET each day.

When do I receive my login credentials to attend the workshop track(s) I signed up for?
Each participant will be sent their login credentials directly from GoToWebinar a week prior to the workshop track(s) you signed up for. The message will be sent several times, including the day before the workshop and a few hours prior to the track starting. The GoToWebinar email that is sent to you is personalized to you and cannot be transferred to a different person.
You will receive an email from GoToWebinar with the subject line: AHDAM Workshop: [Workshop Name] from the following email address: [email protected]. You will receive an email from GoToWebinar several times before the workshop starts. That email will include your link to join the GoToWebinar session. Click the Join Webinar button. You can use your computer audio or your phone audio.
We recommend joining 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of the webinar each day. You will use the same link to join the webinar for both days of the workshop track.
Please note if you are registered for other workshop tracks, you will receive a separate email from Headquarters and GoToWebinar.
If your GoToWebinar email doesn’t appear, check your spam and junk folders. Search your inbox for [email protected].
If for any reason, you cannot attend during the scheduled time, you will be able to watch the recording several weeks after the workshop track concludes.

How many CEU credits do I get for attending one of the workshop tracks?
Depending on the workshop track you select, you will receive 6.0 hours of credit in the allocated continuing education tracks. You must attend at least 5 hours and 36 minutes to receive a certificate.
Example: The Medical Necessity Appeals Track has CEUs in NEMSD, NAHRI, and PACE. You will receive 6.0 hours of credit from each institution for attending the entire track.

What happens if my plans change, and I can no longer attend the workshop track(s) I signed up for?
No refunds for cancellations will be provided after April 1, 2024. All cancellations must be in writing, emailed to [email protected] with subject line "AHDAM 2024 Workshop Cancellation: name of registrant."

What happens if I can't attend the track I signed up for live?
AHDAM will be providing ON-DEMAND tracks several weeks after the workshop tracks conclude. They will be available for six months on the AHDAM website. All attendees will be notified when the ON-DEMAND tracks become available for viewing. More details will be provided soon.
